Return Process

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or locate your nearest George Richards store for a free in-person return.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
